What lessons have we learned from Consumer Duty’s implementation?
In this forum, we discussed what we had learned three months on from the implementation of Consumer Duty. We heard from advisers, who discussed their own experiences of implementing the Duty across their businesses and how this had landed with their advisers. We also heard from insurers who provided their own experiences, highlighting what action they had taken along with the good and bad they have seen across the market.
