It has been another busy year on Protection Guru with even more page views and visitors to the site. To wrap up the year we we have looked through our MI to understand what the most read articles BY ADVISERS were (we have stripped out all insurer and other views). Aegon’s exit from the Protection market caused quite a stir at the start of the year and led to a huge recruitment drive for the now ex-Aegon staff. In March, Legal & General announced a raft of changes to their Critical Illness offering. The updates increased the amount they would pay for Children’s Critical Illness Extra claims and made some really postive changes to the flexibility of the plan.
