EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT WE’VE COVERED ON PROTECTION FORUM December – January
Our regular Protection Forum is an opportunity for advisers to come together and discuss topics and issues that are important to them and the industry. Attended by a large number of advisers, as well as insurers and other industry professionals, our aim is that through the forum we can collectively drive improvements to products, processes, standards and ultimately, consumer outcomes. We take the opportunity today to look back at our December and January meetings and recap the important and varied topics discussed.
If you’d like to register to attend the next forum (taking place next week), advisers can find out more and sign up for their free ticket here.
February discussion topics:
How far does the industry still need to go when it comes to protection claims processes? – Adviser views
Claims processes – Many advisers believe insurer claims processes are broken. Could we draw upon some of the examples we’ve heard of, as well as our benchmarking to examine how true this is?
As ever, we encourage contributions and lively discussion from attendees. If you would like to join our speaker panel and present on either of these topics during the forum, before we open up to the floor for a more comprehensive discussion, please contact us in advance.
