Bringing together the industries advice and technology experts
This week FTRC and Protection Guru held The Empowering Advice Through Technology 2023 (EATT) conference on Thursday bringing together experts in the field of technology and advice to discuss the latest developments and trends in the industry. Attendees gained valuable insights to leverage technology and compile strategies moving forward enabling them to enhance the process of giving advice. Thus, improving the outcomes for their clients.
AI (artificial intelligence) was one of the main themes at the conference, together with (ML) machine learning in the advice giving process. These technologies have the potential to revolutionise how advisers interact with clients. How they can be integrated into their firms to improve efficiency and overall client experience.
The use of digital platforms and tools to enhance the client experience were also debated. Digital documentation management and virtual meetings, together with online portals were amongst the discussions. Enabling convenient and accessible services for clients.
