Legal & General have built a cost of living hub for both advisers and their clients. 

Adviser Hub

The adviser hub provides a host of content and support to help improve client retention, better understand the resiliance of UK households and claims videos to highlight the importance of protection. 

Client hub

The client hub provides your client with useful articles about the cost of living, information about Legal and General as well as the help and support they provide to customers

Retention sales aids

To support advisers in their discussions with clients (particularly those that may be suffering financial hardship), Legal & General have created a series of sales aids explaning the benefits of their policies and the additional benefits they may not be aware of.

Existing business agent hub

In the first 6 months of 2022 the real time notifications on Legal & General’s Existing Business Agent Hub helped advisers to retain 36,055 policies and £12,363,325 in commission.
