WHO PROVIDES THE BEST LIFE INSURANCE TERMINAL ILLNESS BENEFIT?
Life insurance remains the most commonly sold protection product in the UK and although it’s primary purpose is to provide a death benefit, some provision is provided for ill health through the terminal illness benefit all insurers include. Unlike income protection and critical illness cover though, this benefit will only pay out when the life assured’s illness results in a terminal prognosis of less than 12 months to live.
