Hi The dual life sound great BUT Royal London are not the most competitive with regard to premium and i guess the dual life option will increase the premium further. For first time buyers this could be a financial challenge is this correct. ?

Peter, this is exactly the sort of challenge that Protection Guru Pro is designed to address. It is worth remembering that since Consumer Duty, the FCA now require advisers to consider contracts based on more than price alone. That is not to say that cost is not important. In our experience, we find several insurers like Royal London offer significantly better quality products for only a few pounds more.

Protection Guru Pro gives you the ability to compare products based on price and quality to identify best value. There is also a feature that lets you input a client’s maximum budget so you can create an analysis that only features plans within their budget.

If you have not seen Protection Guru Pro you may want to sign up for one of our free training sessions on giving advice on different products when you can also qualify to use the service for free for up to 60 days. See here for more information on the training sessions https://protectionguru.co.uk/register-for-a-protectiongurupro-webinar/
