Why Guardian won
Guardian won for their recent introduction of Neuro-logical, intended to help clients after a claim recover from neurological conditions.
Insurers are now increasingly providing an array of additional support services to their clients, outside of a typical policy. These include mental health and well-being support, and bereavement counselling, to name a few.
We have always strongly believed that the best type of support comes from services that are person-to-person, and specifically tailored to the individual. This is especially the case when considering long term, debilitating diseases.
When first diagnosed, the healthcare system can often feel disjointed as there are often an array of services provided through the NHS, charity, and private sector. Access to many of these services can also be postcode dependent. Having help and support navigating access to the best care available can provide a huge benefit for both patients and family members.
